USAging Answers on Aging Tradeshow: Where the Aging Network and Business Meet 

The USAging Tradeshow provides a dynamic environment where attendees network and learn about the latest products and resources that will help them better serve consumers in their communities. Each year, USAging members and other attendees look forward to learning from industry experts about the latest news, resources and technologies that will help them provide the most innovative, high-quality and expert care for the older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers in their communities.
 
Take advantage of the opportunity to reach a concentrated group of decisionmakers by reserving a booth at the USAging 2025 Tradeshow. The Tradeshow will provide more than five hours of networking time and will include several key functions (opening reception, breakfast, lunch and networking/coffee breaks).

 

Premium booths are placed in spaces with maximum traffic flow at the end of each row in the Tradeshow or near main traffic draws such as the food and beverage stations and the Tradeshow entrance. The premium booths are the first to sell out. Get yours early! The Tradeshow is known for its interactive displays, industry-proven tools, games, technologies and evidence-based research. Be prepared to show and share the best of your products and expertise!

 

Take advantage of the mini booth, an 8’ x 5’ space that is the perfect pop-up exhibit for a company wanting an affordable way to have a presence in the Tradeshow. Note: Mini-booths are limited to one booth attendant. No additional booth attendants can be registered for mini-booths.

Booths that sponsor a game prize will have a prize icon on their booth listing (if all submission details and deadlines are met). High-Engagement Driver: Welcome Reception Drink Tickets see pricing packages below
Boost your booth traffic and enhance attendee engagement with this high-engagement driver! Choose from two available drink packages that allow you to treat attendees to special beverages during the Tradeshow Welcome Reception. 
 
These exhibitors will be identified in the Tradeshow with a special icon visible at their booths, so that attendees will be aware they can receive a complimentary drink ticket when they visit (while supplies last).

The deadline to purchase drink ticket packages is June 6. 
A registered booth representative is responsible for collecting and signing for their drink tickets from the USAging Registration Desk prior to the Tradeshow Welcome Reception.
Ticket distribution is the responsibility of the purchaser. 
There are no refunds or replacement for lost tickets once they are collected.
 
Caregiver Community Expo – $750

(Hosted in tandem with the Technology Lab, on Tuesday, July 22, from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM)

 

The Caregiver Community Expo, a new addition to the USAging Annual Conference and Tradeshow, is specifically tailored to connect companies that offer cutting-edge solutions and support for caregivers. This Expo is in addition to our Tradeshow where your company will have the chance to showcase your caregiving-related products and services in a dedicated, intimate setting. Attendees will be able to engage in meaningful discussions about these offerings in a focused environment.

  • Date: Tuesday, July 22, 2025
  • Time: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM (Setup: 11:30 AM–1:00 PM, Dismantle: 5:00 PM–6:30 PM)

 

What You'll Receive:

  • 8' x 10' Standard demonstration booth
  • 4 chairs (2 on each side of table)
  • Two booth attendees (no access to meals)
  • Special marketing exposure related to the Caregiver Community Expo

Technology Lab – $750

(Hosted in tandem with the Caregiver Community Expo, Tuesday, July 22, from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM)

 

The Technology Lab is a special opportunity only for innovative technology companies registered as sponsors or exhibitors at the 2025 Conference. This lab is in addition to our Tradeshow and is an opportunity to demonstrate your product or service up-close with our members. This will be similar to a show and tell where you can demo your technology solutions and innovations and show how it supports Area Agencies on Aging or enhances care for older adults and people with disabilities.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibit refunds, less an administrative fee of $300 per booth, will be made at the discretion of USAging, but no refund will be given for a cancellation made within 60 days of installation. If ordering an exhibit after May 1, 2025, payment is due at time of registration.
