*In order to register for the "Two or More" option, you must register all attendees on the same order, at the same time.

 

Full Conference Registration includes access to all conference sessions and General Sessions, the Tradeshow, Sunday, reception, Monday lunch and all Conference refreshments functions. Please note: Advance registration and additional fees are required for some Pre-Conference Intensives and other special sessions as listed during registration.

 

One-Day Registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, General Session and refreshments on the day of that registration. Sunday-only and Monday-only registrations also receive access to the Tradeshow during the registered day. Please note: Advance registration and additional fees are still required for some Pre-Conference Intensives and other special sessions that are offered on that day of registration.

Method of Payment

Full payment in U.S. dollars is required to complete registration. Registrations are not complete until the payment has been received. Register online using our secure site and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). The vendor on your credit card statement will be listed as "Conference Solutions."

 

If you are paying by check, please indicate the registrant's name(s) on the check. Make the check payable to “USAging” and mail it to the following address:

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the 2025 USAging Conference and Tradeshow, you may:

 

Send a Substitute

If you know of someone who is interested in attending the conference in your place, you can transfer your registration.  To begin the process of transferring registration, email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. A $50 administrative fee will be required. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline or at the onsite Registration Desk. Payment for substitutions must be made at the time of processing. Additional or optional items on the original registration are non-transferable and will be refunded to the original payment method for requests made prior to June 13, 2025.

 

Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your registration fees if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received before or on June 13, 2025, will be refunded less a 20-percent administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for cancellations received after June 13, 2025.

 

Cancellations of optional individual conference items received by June 13, 2025, will receive a full refund for those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. We are unable to offer a refund after June 13, 2025.

 

Additional Policies

Liability Waiver

I understand that travel and gathering involves risk of sickness, including sickness from COVID-19. I (and on behalf of my guest[s]) waive and release USAging and its partners/vendors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at an event hosted by USAging. I agree to not attend any USAging event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case. This waiver and release are binding on me and my heirs and successors.

 

Electronic Communication Policy

By registering for the 2025 USAging Conference and Tradeshow, you are consenting to receive electronic and mailed communications from USAging. USAging and their agent, Conference Solutions, may use your information to contact you regarding current conference and future USAging programming, including but not limited to email marketing and important registration-related reminders, information regarding your online experience and mailed communications. Your information will not be sold or shared with any third parties without your expressed consent. 

 

Press/Media Waiver

USAging intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in USAging news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the USAging website. By participating in this event, I grant USAging the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media become the property of USAging. Media may be displayed, distributed or used by USAging for any purpose.
